Women pilot Leader Excellence Award

Women pilot Leader Excellence Award gives tributes to outstanding women who have demonstrated determination, perseverance and leadership through their courage in their career of being tremendous pilot. The award’s mission is to recognize excellence to inspire women to choose being a pilot as their career. This award is designed to recognize the bravery, service and program achievements of Women (Pilots) in the Aviation and aerospace industry.

Eligibility criteria to submit a nomination for an award, the nominee:

• Should currently be active in aviation.
• Must be from the Middle East region working in International Airways.
• Should be a woman pilot who made a significant contribution in the flight operations as a pilot.
• Exemplifies high standards of excellence and dedication to aviation.
• Has experienced a breakthrough year with her contribution to the industry’s growth.
• Benchmarked the high standards with her services with regional and global excellence.
• Demonstrates her commitment to continued flying training and future flying ambitions.
• Exhibited a personal commitment to lifelong learning in promoting and advancing aviation.
• as well as giving back to the community through outreach.
• Made a significant contribution to aviation/aerospace over an extended period of time.
• Exhibited services as a role model with her dedication to the advancement of women pilots.
• Demonstrated leadership in her field of aviation as being a pilot.
• Achieved excellence in one or more functions in her organization.
• Supports mentoring, educating and advancing women pilots in their career.
• Has become a role model for young women and professionally supports peers in her field.
• Took lead or helped in creating opportunities for the advancement of others.
• Contributed efficiently to the success of their company.
