In coinciding with the Middle East Excellence Award Institute's vision for 2030, which is focused on the development of the Middle East region and the continuous enhancement of global leadership competitiveness among institutions and leaders, the Institute aims to emphasize the latest institutional and leadership practices, achievements, and strategies for sustainable excellence. This effort will be showcased during the 27th Women Leaders Congress on February 17-20, 2025, in Dubai.
The congress will discuss the 7 continents strategies for corporate women leadership empowerment and development, leadership governance, competitiveness, and supporting the transformation of women leaders into role models. The congress also aims to foster the growth of young women leaders, guiding them towards becoming influential role models themselves.
The Middle East Excellence Awards Institute, in conjunction with the 27th Women Leaders Congress and towards the International Women's Day, will announce the Woibex Top 100 Middle East Women Leaders list, who have made impactful contributions to knowledge, administrative, and leadership development, prioritizing innovation, and have emerged as exemplary women elevating the global standing of women.
In this context, the Institute will announce those leaders names who have become significant milestones in their organizations and have made vital contributions to supporting the process of knowledge, administrative, and leadership development.
Their commitment to innovation, achieving institutional competitive advantage, and keeping pace with global economic changes aligns with our leadership vision. The institute aims to encourage young generations of women leaders, particularly in the age group of 20-40 years, to make a qualitative shift in their development and support.
