Eligibility Criteria

  • Has chaired or actively led key board committees such as Audit, Risk, Remuneration, or Nomination committees.
  • Demonstrates strong financial literacy and the ability to critically assess organizational performance and risk.
  • Has contributed to shaping the organization's long-term strategic direction through board-level influence.
  • Has navigated complex governance challenges including crisis management, regulatory scrutiny, or ESG accountability.
  • Is recognized by industry peers, regulators, or governance bodies for her contributions to best-practice governance.
  • Actively participates in governance training, professional bodies, or panel discussions on board excellence.
  • Has promoted stakeholder engagement and the integration of ESG considerations into board decision-making.
  • Demonstrates independence, integrity, and constructive challenge in all board deliberations.
