Eligibility Criteria

  • Has implemented comprehensive women's leadership development programs within the organization.
  • Demonstrates a measurable increase in the number of women in senior and executive positions over the past three years.
  • Has formal mentoring, sponsorship, or coaching programs targeted at women leaders.
  • Publishes transparent diversity and inclusion data in annual reports or organizational communications.
  • Has gender-equitable pay, promotion, and performance review policies in place.
  • Provides flexible working arrangements and policies that support women's career continuity.
  • Actively recruits women for leadership roles at all levels of the organization.
  • Has a designated executive or steering committee accountable for gender equity outcomes.
  • Partners with external organizations, NGOs, or government bodies to advance women's leadership more broadly.
  • Has received external recognition or certification for gender equity or workplace inclusion.
  • Demonstrates a psychologically safe workplace culture that actively combats bias and discrimination.
