• Has broken barriers or achieved firsts as a woman in the aviation industry.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership in managing teams, operations, or safety protocols.
• Has contributed to the enhancement of aviation safety or operational efficiency standards.
• Actively advocates for greater female representation and inclusion in the aviation industry.
• Has mentored or served as a role model to aspiring women in aviation and aerospace careers.
• Has received commendations or recognition from aviation authorities, airlines, or industry bodies.
• Demonstrates a commitment to continuous professional development and technical learning.
• Has participated in community outreach activities that inspire young women to pursue aviation careers.
• Shows resilience and composure in high-pressure, high-stakes operational environments.
