Judging Procedure

The Middle East Excellence Awards Institute recognizes the achievements of projects, institutions, and leaders whose work raises standards in luxury property and interior design excellence. To ensure fairness and credibility, the Institute follows a judging process built on professionalism, confidentiality, and impartial evaluation.

The judging procedure supports a consistent review of each nomination against the published criteria, evidence provided, and the measurable impact demonstrated by the nominee.

The Judging Panel

• The judging panel begins evaluation and research well ahead of the winners announcement.
• Each nomination is carefully read, examined, and assessed against the stated category requirements.
• The Institute may conduct follow-up verification or clarification where needed.
• The judging process is rooted in professional and ethical conduct.
• Panel members are selected on the basis of competence, integrity, and impartiality.
• Panel members may not judge nominations in which they have a direct conflict of interest.
• The identity and internal deliberations of the panel are treated confidentially.
• The panel’s decisions regarding award outcomes are final.
• Only the official judging panel has the authority to declare and announce the final results.
• The evaluation process is designed to maintain consistency, confidentiality, and high international standards.
