Elegant & Luxury City Interior Design Excellence Awards Awards Program Announcements Procedure

The Middle East Excellence Awards Institute announces each award program well in advance of the ceremony to ensure that nominees and participating organizations have adequate time to prepare complete submissions and all supporting details related to luxury property and interior design excellence.

The Organization Committee Will Welcome Nominations from:

• Nominations submitted by individuals within public and private organizations.
• Nominations submitted by regional and international public relations or consultancy firms.
• Nominations submitted by institutions, associations, and strategic partners active in luxury property and interior design excellence.
• Nominations submitted by organizations wishing to recognize their own projects, teams, or leaders.

The Awards Nomination Procedures and Submission

• Nominations may be submitted by public and private institutions across the Middle East.
• The nomination may be submitted in Arabic or English.
• The nomination form should be completed online and supported with clear evidence.
• The submitted project, initiative, leader, or organization must match the selected category.
• The judging panel may recommend category adjustments where appropriate.
• Nominees may be submitted for more than one category when the criteria are satisfied.
• All applications and documents are handled confidentially and professionally.
• The judging panel may exclude incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant submissions.

Submission of Supporting Documents

• Supporting materials may include reports, presentations, media coverage, photographs, research, or project summaries.
• All documentation should be clearly labeled, relevant, and organized systematically.
• Supporting material should demonstrate context, implementation approach, and measurable results.
• Submitted files are retained for evaluation and documentation purposes and are not returned.

How Are the Winners Chosen?

• The winners are decided by the Middle East Excellence Awards Institute judging panel.
• Finalists and winners are contacted through formal correspondence.
• The results are announced at the official awards ceremony in the presence of senior leaders and invited guests.
• Selected results may be featured on the Institute’s official platforms and related media channels.

Submission Deadline

The last date for sending nominations is typically two weeks before the awards ceremony unless otherwise announced on the official awards website.
