In this context the Middle East Excellence Awards Institute, in collaboration with leading global digital institutions, public and private organizations and leaders with great pleasure presents the 30th Middle East AI Governments and Cities Excellence Awards, taking place on October 16, 2025, in Dubai, UAE.

The Awards are held in conjunction with the 30th GCC AI Governments and Cities Conference, scheduled for October 13–16, 2025, in Dubai, UAE. This remarkable gathering will feature the official global launch of the First Generation of the AI Governments and Cities Standardization Framework, a milestone event that places the Middle East region at the center of the global dialogue on AI-driven governance and digital development.
