The 7th Middle East Government and Business Organizations Customer Care Excellence Awards

29/01/2013, UAE— The 7th Middle East Government and Business Organizations Customer Care Awards was held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, DIFC, Dubai UAE on January 29, 2013 in a grand and official ceremony. The event, organized by the Middle East Excellence Awards Institute was graced by the presence of Abdul Mohsen Mohammed AL Oteishan Governor of Hafer Al Batin, Saudi Arabia and event sponsor and Executive Director of Western Region Municipality, HE Khalifa Salem Al Mansouri, and leading regional government and business organization leaders, senior executives, call center and customer care authorities, and other communication technologist along with prominent regional media officials.

The ceremony began with a welcome message from by Mr. Ali Al Kamali, Managing Director, Middle East Excellence Awards Institute. He said, “The awards act as catalysts for the customer service centers of the government and business organization in the region and recognizes the parameters that promote a culture of customer care excellence and recognize the public and private sectors in the Middle East that have instigated innovation, creativity, and excellence in their services to create a favorable environment for customer service experience in the region.”

The awards also highlight the latest technologies and competitive advantages of customer care services in the various economic institutions and promote the application of performance measurement indicators in various institutions to account for the needs and requirements of the customers.
