Profile and Objective

In coinciding with the Middle East Excellence Award Institute's global vision for 2030, which is focused on participating in the world women leaders development and the continuous enhancement of global leadership competitiveness among institutions and leaders, in this context the Institute aims to emphasize the latest global institutional and leadership practices, achievements, and strategies for sustainable excellence.

This effort will be showcased during the 27th Women Leaders Congress on February 17-20, 2025, in Dubai, UAE. The congress will discuss the latest international strategies for corporate development, leadership governance, competitiveness, and supporting the transformation of women leaders into role models. The event also aims to foster the growth of young women leaders globally, guiding them towards becoming influential role models themselves.

The Institute has announced 2025 as “the Year of Women Role Models”. This initiative aims to honor global women leaders who exemplify distinguished positive models and, in turn, serve as role models for new generations of women leaders playing a tangible and pivotal role in institutional development.

In this regard, the Middle East Excellence Awards Institute honors leaders, individuals of excellence, and those fostering happiness in government and private sectors globally. Whose presence has become a milestone in institutions and contributed significantly to the advancement of women leadership development in the world. They have played a crucial role in institutional, economic, technological, and administrative development, which aligns with global competitive standards, fostering institutional progress.
