Regulations

  • The organizing committee welcomes nominations for the different categories specified
  • The awards committee will consider nominations from the Middle East region only
  • Nominations must be submitted via the online nomination form
  • All nomination-related documents should be posted to the organizing committee
  • The organizing committee short-lists organizations or individuals
  • The decision of the judges' panel will be final
  • Judges or award winners from the previous year cannot be nominated
  • An individual can compete in different award categories
  • Only one nomination per individual will be considered for a specific category of awards
  • An individual can nominate herself or can submit an entry on behalf of another
  • Middle East Excellence Awards Institute reserves the right to analyze any of the nominations before determining an official nominee or winner.
  • Baring unforeseen circumstances, nominations must occur during the designated calendar days.
  • Individual nominees who are not able to make nominations during those dates due to travel, lack of Internet access, or other obstacles may communicate this to the Institute staff ahead of the closing period for nominations and staff will try to accommodate them.
  • Copies of original documents will not be returned after the nomination process.

The interpretation of these rules and all questions regarding eligibility, withdrawals, nominations, winners, etc. shall be decided and addressed by the Institute's Judging Committee.
