The awards program covers a number of ICT disciplines such as the use and effectiveness of eGovernment ICT tools to improve agency and program performance as well as excellence in the management of ICT based projects. It covers current IT innovation, eCitizen engagement, open and transparent government operations and best practice technology implementation at all levels of government.
