Dinner Invitation Guide

• Invited guests can collect their invitation cards from the Middle East Excellence Awards Institute - Datamatix office, Tel: 009714 3326688
• Only those with invitation cards will be permitted entry to the event premises
• Due to expected high participation levels in the event, we do appreciate early arrivals to the venue
• In accordance with management procedures, please try to make sure that the invitation card is not transferred to others
• If you have sent in your confirmation, collected your card, and are unable to attend, please email or fax us
• Due to security reasons, make sure your invitation is not used by someone else
• Please present your invitation card when you arrive at the main gates of the hotel, and wherever you are subsequently requested to do so
• Our staff will guide you to your seating area, please take the exact seat corresponding to the number on the table
• As a courtesy, all are requested to switch off their phones for the convenience of other delegates and not to speak loudly or move around while the awards ceremony is in progress
• Smoking is not allowed during the event
• Reserve your seat or table at the awards ceremony by completing our registration form
