9th Middle East Smart Government and City Customer Care Excellence Awards winners felicitated at the Burj Al Arab Hotel

15/01/2014, UAE— In a grand and official ceremony, the Middle East Excellence Awards Institute felicitated the winners of 9th Middle East Smart Government and City Customer Care Excellence Awards at the Burj Al Arab Hotel on Thursday. The ceremony was graced by the presence of honorable Consul General of Japan in Dubai- H.E Hisashi Michigami and was attended by various dignitaries and media organizations from the government and the business sector.

H.E Hisashi Michigami presented the award ceremony keynote and talked about the Japanese technological excellence and the strategies that Japan has adopted to stay ahead of the competition and mark and maintain their position as the leading service excellence brand across the globe. After the keynote he felicitated the winners of the awards and added that it was a indeed a great pleasure for him to be among some of the globally renowned organizations and leaders from across the Middle East.
